Well, at least it's not as bad as what happened to me 2 yrs ago in Vegas. Opening day of Keeneland fall meet.... no contract, so no bets on the first race. They did settle it during the first race, so you could start betting on the second... of course, I had the cold TRI on the first and couldn't bet it.

One of these days, hopefully quick, the people will learn that the take is a function of how much is bet on the track... and if you withhold from adw's, then the overall take is dramatically lower, which means they're ALL losing money on it.
I know if I was running one, I'd want my signal put on everything. More people watching it, more betting on it, with similar takeouts (which is a given), then that means I'm making more $$ and can also put more into the purses for the horsemen. But then again, that makes sense, so it won't happen!

Is this the same dispute that has Ellis Park cancelled for now?

no. This one's only for the CA tracks (at least as of now).
