We had horses in armour. They adapt. Instead of saying no to safety improvements I ask why not ? A spiffy helmet for a horse in training or racing could be cool. The horse would have the helmet on before entering the paddock. It could then be taken off once on the track. We remember Exogenous in the BC. A proper helmet could have saved her and many others.
