Wow.. nothing worse than having a horse flip over backwards on you! Looks like the jock was a bit ouchy after..Lucky they both did'nt end up dead.. man.

I'd like to see horses wear helmets. They could be removed prior to loading into the gate.

Yeah, but I think you like to see horses do a lot of things that most people wouldn't really want to see.

We had horses in armour. They adapt. Instead of saying no to safety improvements I ask why not ? A spiffy helmet for a horse in training or racing could be cool. The horse would have the helmet on before entering the paddock. It could then be taken off once on the track. We remember Exogenous in the BC. A proper helmet could have saved her and many others.
