This might seem like a silly question, but I will ask anyway. When they work at a private farm, who clocks them and is there a possibility that these numbers are tweaked for the public? What I mean is that a certain horse is coming of a layoff or maybe even a first time starter has a great work at a private farm, will they post a different time for the public to possibly get better odds on their horse come race day?
