Farm workouts?

Heard two additional workouts on the Aqueduct changes, both at the same farm.....it's this common?

Yes.. More and more as big outfits turn out horses on their own properties and start to prep for returns. Look at the Amy Tarrant runner at GP today.. Been away for months and has the one lone requisite 'published' workout but undoubtedly has been working at her farm.

Used to be that this was only seen from Voss, Sheppard, Dickinson, et al...

This might seem like a silly question, but I will ask anyway. When they work at a private farm, who clocks them and is there a possibility that these numbers are tweaked for the public? What I mean is that a certain horse is coming of a layoff or maybe even a first time starter has a great work at a private farm, will they post a different time for the public to possibly get better odds on their horse come race day?

You turn in your own works in most cases.
