Yes they both win the title.
The reason i don't really like Seb? Well, mainly because he is often too hard on horses that he rides. Last night he rode an odds on favourite, and with a furlong to go it was obvious he couldn't win, but he was still hitting this poor 2yo filly like his life depended on it, and he has been doing that all season. There is trying hard and trying too hard and usually ruining horses.
