I think I'm the only guy on here who likes Bailey.
He's the kind of guy I would want on my team, confident, knowledgeable, successful.

Apparently you have not met Playa. Bailey is like a father figure to him.

Jerry....stick to riding horses....you are NOT a business man. Just like Michael Jordan who should have stuck to playing basketball.

Really?

For the record I was not one of these gaga guys who would go nuts and bet every 3-5 shot that he rode. I'm just talking about in general how he comports himself. Most people see him as arrogant, I just see it as confident.

"To further augment our understanding and connection to New York horsemen, we have held several 'listening sessions' with breeders, trainers and jockeys to ensure that our proposal addresses the needs of each of those constituencies."

Sure would be nice if they were equally as concerned with "listening" to the fans...

Too bad I left my Jerry Bailey Bobblehead on (what I thought was) his car.

I love him so much.

ain't that the truth, its pretty amazing that the true funders of the sport, their livelihood and everything else that is racing does not even have a place in their plan........

of course are we really needed with one arm bandits?

F Bailey!!!! He gets on my last one good nerve. And lord how many times are they gonna play is DVD commercial?? When he says "The Fans!!!" I want to vomit. Worst decision Richard Mandella ever made.....Putting him on "my" boy PP for the BC!!!! I tried to figure out how to cut him off of PP in the pictures i have but none ever came out looking right, so I just stick to looking at PP and not F'ing Bailey!! ummm did I mention I dont care for Jerry Bailey???

Jerry Bailey has the sincerity and eloquence of another famous sports personality when he waxes poetic like this.

He carries all the credibility and statesmanship of Vince McMahon when he begs for an audience in public forums where it is obvious that his mother never told him that it is better to remain silent and have people think your a selfish tight opportunistic fool than to open one's mouth and leave no doubt!!!!

Bailey really is an arrogant ass. I would love to know how much he is getting paid for this. Agree with the poster who said he did not write it, have a feeling some of the words in there are not in his regular vocabulary. Oh yeah, really, Steve Wynn really cares about horse racing.

That casket, it looked like a fine Seville

Willie was propped up in the driver's seat
He had diamonds on his fingers and a smile sweet
Fine red suit had the whole town talkin'
Talkin' 'bout Willie the Wimp and his Cadillac coffin
