Have not looked at it, my feeling is Mr Crow can set off that and may be the mos talented of those.

Give Serpe credit,he's telling the truth and he's not going to participate.
I noticed he used the word guys in a plural form(in the back sentence of the paragraph).
Somebody has to do something to fix the problem.....
