I don't want to mush Griffin III and the Redskins but this is awfully early to do this trade. A lot can go wrong before now and the draft.

Snyder will never get it, you have to develope your draft picks and free agents in the salary cap age. Even if Griffin is great the Redskins will struggle for the next five years.
