Previous guy made 125K every 6 weeks or roughly 1.5 months or 8 X 125K = 1.0 Mil

How does Bloodhorse figure that 10 times the previous guys salary seems like 1.5 Mil New guy vs 1.0 Mil previous guy or 50% more for New Guy.
