What factors made you choose the horses you did over the others?

I rated them as though I was being paid by someone to rate them for the public.

If I went with all my personal handicapping judgements .. the divisional ratings would look a little different.

Therefore, overall accomplisments of the individual horses mattered more in the ratings I posted than I personally think they should.
