I think the majority of Americans back OBAMA's ideas on the big issues we face. That's not the same as being willing to pay for those ideas to be put into action. Realistically, I think people want to share the risk to make sure they aren't the ones who are financially devastated by a one-time health care nightmare. A lot of people who think they have health care insurance do go on to get financially devastated when their insurance has capped limits, or whatever. People want something done about that. I don't think most want all Americans to have access to good health care. I think they want all Americans to have access to emergency health care. Americans like to have people below themselves. There is no "look out for other members of the race" thinking that is present in the countries that are mainly made up of one ethnic group. So, I do see the country going back the other way. I think he will serve 2 terms(if he isn't shot or crippled by white trash,) but I think he will have lost control of both the Senate n' House when he leaves.
