I received my first snake oil mailing for picks on the Breeders Cup. To quote, "just $60, less than $5 per race (and that includes the top pick, plus horses to play in exactas, pick-3, pick-4, pick-6, and trifectas), gets you on the winners list for the Breeders Cup, all 14 races selections. The mailing is from Kelso Sturgeon, and lists the 7 winners he picked in the 11 races last year. Also included is propaganda on his TCN (Today's Correct Number) system for $27.95.
