Crime there is at the nat'l average. I wonder where, oh say, Louisville Kentucky rates? All I know is you cannot build a new 4 br home there for under $450k. Blanket statements like the one made above are just dumb.

Louisville? Probably a higher crime rate, but it depends on the area.

BTW, you can't buy a 2 bedroom home in the GHETTO here in Orlando for under 180k. Home prices are expensive in Florida, that's all there is to it.
