Here is the final article which includes some interesting, and pretty much previously undiscussed, information about NYRA's purchasing of the properties.
That paints a different picture than the article the Thoroughbred Times published in last week's edition regarding the land dispute. I wished now I hadn't tossed it, but the contract that was agreed upon in the 80 or 90's wasn't the clearest as far as land ownership went.
