I don't disagree with you as far as the packages go. They are over the top.

But I would think that an operation like WinStar would have access to events like the Derby (Oaks). What would it really cost them to give away two moderate tickets? They probably have a box at Keeneland, what would it be to give away 2 seats for a day (with no travel accommodations)?

Hell I would rather have a nice framed picture signed by the jock of Super Saver winning the Derby or Drosselmeyer winning the Classic then a keychain. I guess I just don't value a keychain too much, especially when it's the grand prize of a contest.
