F*ck the permits, inspections, review of foreign aid etc etc. The Army Corp of Engineers should help building not giving out permits. Just build the levees, push the barges out and give anyone willing to help a job.

Don't expect anything out of these morons...remember Katrina when the levees failed...well ACE was in charge of those failed levees.
Then when they were rebuilding them they used Times Picayune newspaper as filler for the wall joints and told the news reporters it was acceptable filler, they could see the date on the newspaper...

..nuff said about ACE, they suck..
