|   Why isn't every horse micro chipped and scanned prior to entering the paddock?  There has to be a reason there is still the need for a horse identifier. |

|   Karl Broberg......ya don't say. Why am I not surprised. And of course the mistaken horse is about 7 lengths quicker. Remington can send the correct message by banning Broberg. I'm not holding my breath. |
