Wrong horse wins

How is it possible that this can happen again at an Oklahoma racetrack ?
How does the person saddling the horse not know the difference between a mare and a gelding ?

Why isn't every horse micro chipped and scanned prior to entering the paddock? There has to be a reason there is still the need for a horse identifier.

Karl Broberg......ya don't say.
Why am I not surprised.
And of course the mistaken horse is about 7 lengths quicker.
Remington can send the correct message by banning Broberg.
I'm not holding my breath.

Remington can send the correct message by having their horse identifier do their job and notice the wrong horse had been sent to the paddock.
