Man, there must have been a real serious breakdown as they are delaying the 7th race for ever. Hope everyone/horse is OK.

Didn't see the race but looked at the chart notes as a result of this thread. Appears she dueled to exhaustion and led until midstretch. Never fails to amaze me how gutsy some of these animals are.
Couldn't find anything recent on the web about the jock other than this article saying he was taken to the hospital. Anyone know how he is? http://www.whittierdailynews.com/sports/ci_5015601

Yes, Garcia is off and the horse was shipped to Hollywood Park last night and is doing well.
