2/5 on a Josie Carroll 2nd time starter stretching out to 2 turns in the 2nd @ WO.
Hard to imagine a trainer more inept than Carroll. Melnyk has given her a few and she's pretty much disappointed woefully so far with all of them. edit: didn't matter, gate scratch. Saratoga Race 2 $30 ex 2/5,6,7,9 |

Our original pk4 ticket had the 1 in the 3rd and after the scratch I was going to sub the 7 and decided against it. I am going to throw up if the rest of that ticket comes in.

Carroll wins her 2nd in a row and I'm left wondering how the 6 finishes ahead of the 2. How the 2 can run that bad. It'll be interesting trying to recover from this start today.

Yeah. Whatever else might be the case, we can always count on a Lezcano collapse in the stretch - and the equally obligatory wrong lead.

I don't understand. What was he supposed to do differently?

he just can't finish and he can't consistently get his horses to change leads. i just don't get why so many think he's so good
