Default Michelle Calls Barack a "Kenyan"

Here is some ammunition for "birthers". Here is a video from 2007 where Michelle Obama refers to her husband as a "Kenyan".

At about two minutes into the video, she says, "What it reminded me of was our trip to Africa, two years ago, and the level of excitement that we felt in that country – the hope that people saw just in the sheer presence of somebody like Barack Obama – a Kenyan, a black man, a man of great statesmanship who they believe could change the fate of the world."

Let's put this to rest right now. The issue about Obama not being a citizen of the USA is a dog that just won't hunt anymore.

Here's proof:

Maybe Michelle meant to say here is my husband a Kenyan and a deceiving and lieing person and the funny part was most of the American public believed in what he was saying. Now im in the White House laughing at the fools who voted for him.

note to self:

if i ever become president, make no mention of being of irish, english, german or welsh descent...as someone may mistake that for me saying i wasn't born here.

this isn't ammo at all, rupert. this has got to be the biggest red herring of all time, obama's great birthplace conspiracy.

Just think of the great seats you would get for the Caps games.

If the Pens and Hawks meet in the Finals, I have a wager for you. If the Hawks win, you have to put up an avatar of President Obama of my choosing for one month. If the Pens win, I will put up any reasonable avatar of your choice.

Deal?

This wager would really screw up my rooting interests in that hypothetical matchup....

...and on the topic of this thread, a simple FFS should suffice.

Snore.

In the spirit of sports you have a deal. May the best team win. I must admit San Jose is looking pretty hard to beat in the West. Are you trying to pay me back for when the Penquins beat your Hawks years ago when Lemieuax was playing?

Obama is not of this world.

No, Obama just admitted he was foreign! In public! Most thought he was joking, but if you have the correct configuration of tin foil in your hat, you can hear the reality of it ....

Quote:
President Barack Obama shared some words of wisdom on Saturday, saying there a few things in life harder to find and more important to keep than love.

"Well, love and a birth certificate," Obama quipped at the White House Correspondents' Association dinner, poking fun at those who question his place of birth. "I happen to know that my approval ratings are still very high in the country of my birth."

It was 1992 and I was at Game 4 when they clinched. It was still very cool to see the Cup Ceremony, even though it wasn't the Hawks. And I still have an unused ticket for Game 6 that never ended up being played.

(AFP) – 1 hour ago

HAMPTON, Virginia — US President Barack Obama lamented Sunday that in the iPad and Xbox era, information had become a diversion that was imposing new strains on democracy, in his latest critique of modern media.

"With iPods and iPads and Xboxes and PlayStations, -- none of which I know how to work -- information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation," Obama said.

The kids asked a lot of questions, including one about what kind of music the first lady likes.
"Oh, that's a good question. I like all kinds of music," she said. "All right, so this is what's in my iPod, some of the stuff that's in my iPod. I love Stevie Wonder." Other artists she named: the late Michael Jackson and "I've got some Rihanna, I've got some Beyonce -- I love Beyonce. Oh, yeah, I love some Beyonce. I've got some new Usher on my CD. I'm trying to relate the things that are on there that you could connect with. Sting, anyone? Sting? No?" Compare that list to what Mrs. Obama offered up last October on "The Jay Leno Show": Sting, Stevie Wonder, Sara Bareilles, Robin Thicke and Herbie Hancock.

The Kenyan comment should be ignored.

The former Honolulu elections clerk says Obama was not born in Hawaii and has no birth certificate from any hospital in Hawaii.

"In my professional opinion, [Obama] definitely was not born in Hawaii. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he was not born in Hawaii because there is no legal record of him being born there. If someone called and asked about it, I could not tell them that person was born in the state."
