Default 9/24: Belmont Selections ($55k C/O)

With quick Kentucky trip, haven't played/capped since Friday when I couldn't have flirted more with the $22,500 carryover payout on the $192.00 play. The pair of 5 of 6 consos paid $224.00, includuing scores of $28.20 Survived (5th) and $16.20 Seven in a Row (9th). But budget choices left $8.90 House Quest (8th) off the play, and we'll all have to look forward to the next opportunity.. which is TODAY! Hope you did well Friday and over the weekend! Tricky sequence including 4 maiden affairs with $55.5k in the Sextet pot...

I agree, Rewrite may be vulnernable as the favorite in a super handicapping race, it's almost impossible to be confident in one single horse in here. A very difficult race to call but I guess if I had to lean towards someone it would be Latitude Forty, on her good days she is right there and she always seems to be a price.

Rewrite? She always takes her share of money, I would be surprised if she is not the favorite today.

Sumbitch.. Didn't know what to make of the Frankel whose best runs had come on the main track. Jeez. Needed the Harty firster, Allegre, to pull the fat out of the fire...

QuasiCobra is interesting here. Got the Johnny V special last out (wide, no cover on the backstretch and moved to the leaders on the turn). Cuts back and should get the IDIOT PROOF ride on the rail from a jock who excels at it.

Well done TFM- Byk was all over this one on the radio last night, too. I had dismissed him as having too many chances at the level, despite being competitive here.
