ATR listeners should have enjoyed a big Saturday between Dale Romans (North Rodeo, $17.20) and Mike Stidham (Secret Kin, $11.40) visits, and Gus Alonso (‘Best Bet’ My Sonny Boy, $25.20) selections suggestions. I was happy to chip in too with the $288 Colonial P4 that featured Romans’ Paddy O’Prado with a facile Turf Cup win setting him up as a heavy favorite for the Virginia Derby next and Secretariat later.
