I actually think there is no reason for any professional basketball player to miss more than 1 free throw out of every 10. Its pathetic, easy points, and they are supposed to be pros. Its like a freaking extra point in FB. |

Are you ,too ,going to come back with that garbage? Every nincompoop on here says the same thing. Why did Garnett fail with Minnesota then? Where did he take them to? Do you REALLY think the Cavs played Boston the toughest in the play offs with one guy? Do you really think ONE guy played defense that well against all of the Celtics?? What you said is straight out of the nba Star Enhancement Booklet. Every sheep puppets out the same thing. What it does is make excuses for James..that's all. |

I think even Wallace could have bagged better than 23% from the 3 line in that series....and even 34% overall. |

James may not be 100% perfect. But he's a hell of a bball player. What did you think of the Olympics? |

8 out of 10 is the absolute worst a guy in the pro's should shoot from the line. I mean look at Shaq! He's an embarrasment! How hard could it be to PRACTICE the free throw when you play BASKETBALL for a LIVING! |

![]() im not even a big Lebron fan. I personally dont find his game aesthetically pleasing to watch. I think he whines too much.
there are other players that are immensely more exciting. Agent Zero being up there. |

![]() Oh...I don't know all that much about the other players, but I do know Wahsington has played Cleveland very, very tough in the playoffs..I do like that team.
The owner loves James and I honestly think the coach here has his hands tied on many things. I wish they would have traded James because I do think we could swing something making the Cavs better. I don't think there is any way he is staying here after next year. |

![]() OK...discussion over between you and me. I won't declare a winner because I don't think we changed each others minds.
Now I have to put up with HOC later. He makes me so angry! |

First seven seasons: He shot on average of one ft every 8.85 minutes and was at 69.5% career Next season: He shot on average of one ft every 23.01 minutes and was at 40.4% During his first seven seasons, he shot a high of 74.1% and a low of 66.7%, with three seasons over 70%. After that, he shot 40.4, 63.8, 61.1, and 48.7%. Shaq is another example. He's never been great but I had a friend that played with him and he told me that they charted his ft's in practice and he shot over 65% one year and over 70% another year. Yet in those same two seasons, he shot 55 and 53% in real games. I'd be willing to bet that a big part of James' problems are mental. He knows the criticism of that part of his game. You put so much pressure on yourself to silence it that sometimes you do yourself more harm than good. Then when you miss a pressure one, you start thinking "here we go again."

![]() I know you don't like me you unfriendly poster,you...but that was good.
But the great wing players....one of the many things making them great is their mental toughness and/or will to win.Maybe it's the same thing.I think that attribute is like physical talent;either it's already in you or it's not. I don't think James has that. |
