keep your tee shots down the middle and don't leave your putts short.
GOOD LUCK!

Putting was awful. Took 39 putts today

Hit the ball great tee to green. I hit 12 of 14 fairways and 13 of 18 greens. I was a complete mental midget with the putter in my hand.

I figure I need to shoot 69 tomorrow to make the cut. Tee it up in the morning and see what happens.

Please, please don't talk golf advice from Scav. The big chicken hasn't earned it.

I, on the other hand, earned it last year in Toga. My advice is for you to follow my lead and use a putter that was found in a garbage can. It's worked for me for 32 years.

Good luck tomorrow Bro. Do they flip-flop the tee times? Are you first on the tee tomorrow?

It aint the putter...its the puttee. I stayed with my routine all day....just nothing wanted to drop. It would be different if I hit the ball like sh*t..but I was hitting the ball on the screws.

They do flip the times, but I am last off in the morning wave. 9:27 off the 10th tee.

I know my limitations, after hearing about the performances, I would have been a 5k claimer against opt claiming 32k's

I think of the 21 scores under par today, 18 of them were in the morning. Greens dried out in the afternoon and were much firmer than they were this morning. Golf course played hard...but not 81 hard.

You must have heard wrong. I am a MCL4k at Finger Lakes.

Kev, at what age do they (golfers) not know what hitting one on the screws means? Or better yet, what year was the last club made with screws on the face.

How old is Garrison? If he's young, quiz him on the first tee tomorrow and throw him off his game. "Say Garrison, do you know where hitting one on the screws comes from?"

It's kind of like saying "Dial 1-800-Total Crap" to buy something knowing there hasn't been a rotary phone manufactured in years. People 25 years old have probably never "dialed" a phone.
