I don't know..this is going to sound corny, and I know I won't change your mind, but you are a student at MSU. Someday you will be an alumnus of MSU. Screw sports and football.....become part of the school. You may actually breed someday and what if your son is a hoops stud who wants to go to Michigan. What are you going to do? Tell him no? Wear your ND shirt when he's the starting guard against ND? I hope not. Allegiances and board battles are great, but become a Spartan...at least for the next 3 years

You make a good point, and I have been trying to get into the Spartan pride. I do like Michigan State, just not against Notre Dame. I just can't do it, I have been to big of an ND fan for too long. But, I do understand your point and what you are saying.

I am at Michigan State for 3 reasons:

1. To get my education
2. Because Holy Cross is to much $$$$
3. Because my GF goes to MSU, and the long distance thing sucked.

You are such an a$$-wipe. You've told your story enough times that you deserve to be clocked just on general principals. The fact that you root for Notre Dame is just a bonus for a reason to light you up.

First of all, you were the mensa candidate attending community college majoring in, I believe, the taxi cab sciences, until THIS semester. That means you've been a MSU student attending a Big Ten university for about one week. So, that GPA from that community college of 3.4 is utterly ......um.......breathtaking.

Your thread about your "near-brawl" at the soda shop was a Derby Trail classic. Anyone who missed it should call it up for a side-splitting read that will top their evening. (If you have questions about the legitimacy of the 3.4 GPA, you need only read the thread again. You'll know why they're keeping his job at the 'filling station' open.)

And, junior, if memory serves me correctly, you were the Cro-Magnon who who documented your progressive views about women just week or so ago. This, of course, following your incessant one man crusade whining about how young posters are ridiculed on this board by 'older posters'.

If there weren't enough annoyances to remember you by, there is always your unflappable defense of the 74th (or 75th) best team in the nation. With a moldy tradition that exploits the past glories of a bunch of dead guys from the 30's and 40's, Notre Dame gets publicity it doesn't deserve from a television network that carrries their games exclusively and draws it nationally rated recruits to the program that other schools are at a disadvantage to attract. Add to this the fact that Notre Dame traditionally schedules more cream puffs each year than Charlie Weiss could eat during a half-time snack and it is no wonder why the school has so many detractors.

Cool appalaichan state to replace nd on nbc next year

This one just in appalaichan state to replace notre dame on nbc broadcasts next year! I was so happy to see both notre dame and michigan go down on the same day. Congrats to the mountaineers they deserve all the kudos. Maybe next year they can schedule the golden domers and beat them in south bend. It would have been priceless to be in the big house after that game. Bet the party in boone, north carolina was one for the ages. As for notre dame, get ready for a long and ugly season. Hopefully the irish of nd man wakes up and actually starts cheering for the school he is attending. No more excuses. Can't wait to see brady quinn get in later this season and get jacked up! Way to go rambling wreck and moutaineers. This is what makes college football great! Can't wait to michigan plays wisconsin gonna have to get me an appalaichan state t-shirt and wear it with pride. By the way what do you think the odds are of carr getting fired at the end of this year. I have it at 3 to 5.

Thanks for letting me know what you think about me. I didn't even know you posted on here, but you obviously follow me around and track what I do, so I think I'm a pretty popular guy around here (for good reasons or not, who cares).

I'm also glad you let me know I'm not liked on a message board, but I think almost everyone I encounter on a daily basis would tell you I'm one of the nicest people they know.

Maybe ND Shill can reach Mikey One-Suit at the shelter between now and then so he can add some bluster to his predictions. Nostradamus he is not.

There are times I miss him.

I cant believe I just said that....

Of course I would get sick of his "I told you so " tirades every time the Yankees won a game.

On second thought....
