I'd like to know why they came up with a 107; I'd guess it's because the the 6th race was only 5 lengths slower, but in that race the very consistent Organizer got his seemingly standard 115 (a 98 Beyer) and City Attraction basically paired his last race (a 117, equating to a 101 Beyer and a 118 this time.) Perhaps the 6th race was just fast for the level... they did come home awfully quick in that race after a very moderate pace.

Not the fastest Met Mile ever but not a terrible G1 either.
I think a number of horses had a tough run and Corinthian capitalized on it. It was a very interesting race on paper and I think it turned out interesting in the way it was run.
Two bad starts: Silent Name, can he run on dirt. Lawyer Ron
Crushed in the pack: Silver Wagon
Rabbit that never fired... Dutrow has on owner willing to sacrifice a sprinter that was just not fast. And it would not have mattered for Silver Wagon.
Corinthian fighting the turn yet again, but getting down to business at the end.
