Good guess.. but it wasn't him.

Elusive Quality held a course record on the Belmont turf at one point... I'm not sure if he still holds it though.

Final clues... After setting the Belmont track record he' go on to win the Pennsylvania Derby. He was owned by Madeline Paulson and Jenny Craig.
