In the seventh race, I thought that Moondance Joy (on first look during the race, #8) was sawed-off by Summersault in the lane. During the head-on replay, you can see that Jose Lezcano was already asking for something on the turn and that the rail was WIDE open for someone (perhaps two paths or more wide) to save ground and come through. In fact, both of those inside horses were completely empty.
Smilingsundae came off the rail and bumped with several coming into the lane (Castellano up). |

That 5.5f ninth race was a real disappointment - expected to see a half in 43 and change - instead, we get a half in 44 4/5 and a perfect journey afforded to Golden Rifle by the slightly bearing out Chart Topper (disappointing performance). Stormy Rush who was firing halves in 44 consistently is no where to be found as the closer, Heaven's Runway, owns the course in a "disappointing" 1:02.
