UPDATE #1: Many people in the comments and on TGC Twitter feed have mentioned the picture of the headless girl shown on Catholic Online. The story about the girl goes back to 2013. It's claimed she is a Muslim Syrian girl named Fatima Meghlaj and that she was decapitated when Syrian forces shelled her home.

Horrific photo..just hard to believe...i had sent an email to factcheck asking if it was true..haven't heard back..

What disgusts me the most about the use of the photo is the intent.

Here's a dead child. We must get revenge. Blood for blood.

Stop shilling for dark forces that profit off of this ****.

This is all preventable. Stubbornness, delusion, greed, and bloodlust cloud their better judgement.

Neither side should be supported. They should be shamed.
