Hartford, CT averages something like 49 inches of snow per year. If you're not used to snow, they get a lot of snow.

This F'n weather is unreal. I JUST got done friggin shoveling. There are a couple older people stilll around this area and I had to shovel 4 friggin driveways. I am ALREADY sore and I fear what tomorrow will bring. About 10 inches by me, tried to shovel it and that didn't work so had to fire up the snowblower. It worked good but had to go as slow as possible because the friggin snow is so wet it was compacting in the shoot and causing all sorts of problems.

No wonder that Vegas gets 100 new residents per day and AZ has grown like weeds. The only good thing about this snow is the look on my dogs face when they got to play in it, absolutely outstanding. I guess it is worth shoveling for that look....

The Golden Retriever absolutely LOVES it. She just goes nuts into it especially when we start wrestling in it for a little while

The cokapoo is so hilarious in it, especially when it is deep like it is now, she has already gotten like three baths today because she gets matted up with snow and it ends up being somewhat painful, have to shovel a path for her, pretty hilarious.

As far as helping the old folks, they are good people and are good to my family. They have given myself and my three sisters graduation gifts that were larger then some of our BLOOD family members. They also let us park on their driveways due to the fact that we have 6 cars in our family, if we all had to park on our driveway, the mornings would be nuts.

Plus it is fun because some serious snowball fights start between neighbors, their is like two other dudes about 10 years older them me that are always out their shoveling also and we sit and have a couple beers and bs and then hit about 10 houses total in like three hours. Today took longer because I was the only one out their, other two were at work, I just called in and said F it
