the article makes some excellent points, ala a lot of the revenue from other properties gets funneled into Churchill for 2 days, and if they don't make their nut on those two days.... it's a problem.

CDI really needs to rid itself of Calder, its clearly an inferior product which i don't think will change especially now going head to head with gulfstream.

but even then, i really don't see this company putting money back into anything, except those 2 days in May
