hip 343 2yo C Giant's Causeway--Rebridled Dreams $1,600,000 Breeder: Coffee Pot Stables (KY) uyer: Stonestreet Stables Consignor: Northwest Stud John Moynihan of Stonestreet Stables went to $1.6 million to secure hip 343, a colt by Giant’s Causeway. The colt is out of the graded stakes-placed mare Rebridled Dreams (Unbridled’s Song) and is a half-sibling to GI Dixiana Breeders’ Futurity winner J.B.’s Thunder (Thunder Gulch) and Doncaster Rover (War Chant), who is MGSP in England. Northwest Stud, which went all the way to $550,000 for him at Keeneland September, consigned him Tuesday.

Breeder: SF Bloodstock (KY) Consignor: Eddie Woods, Agent XL Just a few minutes after hip 343 became the new sale’s topper at $1.6 million, Al Shaqab Racing matched that price for hip 350. Bradley Weisbord, who was recently named the U.S. Advisor for Al Shaqab, signed the ticket. The Tapit colt was purchased in utero by Bowden Global Equine for $850,000 at Keeneland November in 2011. The full sibling to both MGISW Zazu and GISW & GISP Flashback breezed in :10.2.
