I like Mark Johnson.
Wanted to show someone a replay of Mine That Bird a couple of weeks ago and I had to look for a few minutes cause I wanted to make sure to use his call. Just a matter of taste, I guess. I wish him well and hope he has something good lined up (and Vic too, while we're on the subject). |

I am not a fan of Larry Collmus race calls. I dont hear anything spectacular from him that should merit him calling races for the Breeders Cup, Triple Crown and Churchill downs. Mark Johnson was far better and sad to hear that he is leaving. Tom Durkin and Trevor Denman are still the top announcers in their field.

Most underrated I'd say Peter Berry and Dave Rodman. Two very good racecallers.
