And the effects of this law are no longer theoretical, now that it has been passed and "we can find out what's in it." Watching the Democrats commit hari kari over this is going to be the only bright spot in this disaster. Now is the time for an outright repeal of this P.O.S. I don't think Obama will want to sign it, but there will be enough furor to eventually get 2/3 in both houses to override. Especially when the employee-provided insurance is affected in 2014 and the vast majority of current policy holders lose their insurance in the same way that the individual policy holders did. |

again, anyone caught by surprise that their current plan isn't up to snuff has no one to blame but themselves. it's been common knowledge for some time. years actually.
the website is an unmitigated disaster. you're dreaming if you think there will be an outright repeal. |
