i'll catch up on that this evening...
speaking of fox 'news', just saw this on slate. now, my first thought was 'wow, that's some hyperbole'. of course one man's treasure is another mans junk.... http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slate...ion_since.html i can think of worse things. lots of them.

At least our gov't has it's priorities right..they don't miss a pay check and everyone else is on their own..

If not for the media, I wouldn't even know the government is shut down.
Raise the debt ceiling and keep operating in essential only mode. It seems to be working. In fact States and private entities are already picking up the slack. Companies all over the nation have been streamlined to survive. Time for the Federal Government to do the same.

just saw this, just getting moving this a.m. now, what i don't get-why members of congress keep saying 'we need spending cuts' to the president. hello. you guys write the damn budget. well, when there's a budget. when was the last time congress approved a budget?! of course comments like that are based on them hoping people don't realize who does what-and many don't. like the lady said on jimmy kimmel, an educated electorate is important...while discussing the differences between obamacare and the ACA.
