How do you explain it taking more than 14 seconds to spot the ball? Every coach in the country does the same thing, line up in the center of field and spike it. When the ASU guy fell down on top of the ball the ref should have stopped the clock.

they ran a play to get to the middle of the field for a kick. but for some reason, the refs didn't set the ball, and the clock ran out before wisconsin could kick. there were 14 secs on the clock when the play ended.
