No Parx on TVG?

8f race of Sept 11th at Parx:

26.09 first quarter -- 51.89 half mile -- and the final quarter mile of this 8-furlong race was run in 26.22 ... it's like they were carrying buggy's around for the whole race.



You never really know what monkey business goes on with these times at tracks you don't play all the time. I read your post this AM and was off today so I played around on circuits I have no business messing with, like Zia Park, where claimers 6250n2L run 6.5F's in 1:17.......?? Just a tad quick for this level don't you think regardless of any run up adjustment?

Final times have very little to do with run ups. It is all about the surface.
