I'm trying to keep up with Twitter reports (unreliable) because it seems the media is distracted by the mere possibility of rent boys and Republicans in Tampa.

Do you have more info? I heard there were rooftop rescues yesterday from flooding.

There are very few parts of Plaquemines Parish that any sane individual would stay in with a hurricane bearing down on them. Mostly just around Belle Chasse.
