Whose program has improved like Rutgers. I hope it's a close game (not like last year) but I don't see a let down this week for the Cardinals (unfortunately) But, a win tonight and a victory over W.V. in a few weeks and they SHOULD get a major bowl bid.

Glad to see Rutgers hanging tough....Cards should do the job tonite, but Rutgers continuing good play should indeed get them to a good bowl!

I'm an SEC guy myself
but the ppl who call in the radio shows and say:
"The SEC is the bay-ust, they should be playin' fer the national champeenship"
make Gomer Pyle sound like George Plimpton
the host had a point
The Big East is a BCS conference
if an undefeated team comes out of a BCS conference
and does not get in, why is that conference in the BCS?
OSU-Mich winner vs. U of L-Rutgers winner!

It should be that way, but the BCS rarely comes out right. It would only make sense to have two undefeated teams in the big game. But, then again...it's all about RATINGS!

if Louisville loses...it will be a mess:
Texas will feel it should go
the SEC winner will feel it should go
the USC-Cal winner will try to make their case
the OSU-Michigan loser will have a case as well
etc. etc.
prolly be a mess anyways

The Gators...your right, it will be a mess!
But, I guess no one is beating Ohio St.
the match up with Michigan may be the National Championship

That was one of the better fake punts I have ever seen. I think that was an option with the upback. He could hand off for the dive or sprint out right and and either hand off to the reverse or run himself with the punter as his last option. Very very creative.

who wins the big east if WV beats Rutgers?
local headline here: "The Dream Slips Away"
aww...feel sorry for the kid who jumped offsides
stormin' the field looks fun, they never let us do that at Bama
Ray Rice should win the Heisman!

Some wacky tie breakers involved no doubt. That game would be brutal to win, I'm not hopeful, but to have the shot.....

head of the big east was just on espn radio. if it ends in a 3-way tie or 2 team tie. team with the highest ranking at bowl bid time gets the bcs game bid.

Latest poll just released Rutgers #7 in the AP Poll and #8 in the coaches poll and the BCS hasn't been released. How can Notre Dame move up to #6 and they haven't beat quality team in their last 5 games. You can probably say 6 in a row because they play another powerhouse in Army. They have to be just voting on the Notre Dame name and not looking at who they have beat and plus they struggled against these teams...

Philly.. don't call them SUNJ.

I was in Section 102, Row 2.

It was the greatest sporting even of my life.

I went there from 99 to 03. I went to one game for 1 quarter my frosh year. At homecoming, we just sat there and drank and never went into the game.

This year it was RIDICULOUS at homecoming - people actually went into the game.
