The steward was given instructions to close it down to lock in the odds!! Pretty simple to figure out the cheaters angle... The trainers, jockeys, vets, owners, and track officials all play major roles in the fix!! Good luck handicapping where and when its coming from...

Imagine if we decriminalized armed robbery to a say a misdemeanor, a lot more people will commit the crime... No difference here...

Just be real, and think about this industry compared to others... Who allows the inmates to run the prison??
