I haven't heard anything new. I'm hoping that no news is good news, but you can't be sure. I guess the Indian Charlie situation was something I missed while he was ill, and his death took me by surprise. Obviously some people were in the know about his problems. You'll hear about a broodmare dying and find out she'd been battling laminitis off and on for years, but we never hear about it usually. Turns out Strike the Gold had had that chronically, and I only just read about it on a Bloodhorse article about horses in Turkey. (Sea Hero looks like a rock star btw. Glad to find that out.)
