The Chiefs and the Ravens are not surprising.
The Cardinals, even with a lousy offensive line are still a disappointment. The Lions also. I find the Chargers quite surprising. The Rams are surprising. The Vikings are overrated. The Falcolns just fine. The Seahawks, even with injury - overrated! Everything else is pretty good.
