Look at Rush's attacks on Romney as "Snow White with testicles" just the other day. Rush has dissed him multiple times, as have many a blogger on RedState, etc. Romney campaign appears to have gone all-in on corporate sponsorship (Cheney, Koch Brothers) of the candidate, with the votes having to come from the far right wing. He's gotta get those folks to show up at the polls, for this not far right wing candidate, and they are fighting changing demographics, and they know it.
