They could do a spin off on the Escalante story line. I would enjoy that. I was liking the relationship with the vet and the young boy. We really don't need races in the show for that matter as other people have mentioned. Too late now I guess.

I thought that Escalante was kinda like Luck's version of the Al Swearengen character in Deadwood.

At first we didn't like Escalante then we realized he's not so bad after all. Then the next thing you know the story kinda revolves around him, we like him even more, and we're rooting for him. More or less.

Long live Escalante and Swearengen.

Default Is there a bigger juice guy than Escalante?

By far the most interesting character in this series. He's the only one who develops positively in a meaningful way, and Ortiz should get an Emmy for his performance.

I agree. It's even better than you might think. For those who don't know Julio he's got him nailed. Amazing job.
