Forbes said if the THA bid is accepted, the group hopes to close on the deal next month and open Monmouth Park’s live racing season in mid-May. The group would also take over the Woodbridge off-track wagering facility and develop two more sites. The track would have three race days per week until Labor Day weekend in September — 51 race days in all — with $400,000 in daily purses.

The article didn't mention that they'll go from 11-12 races to 22-23 a day.
