Why run arguably the best grass horse/filly in the world on the dirt? She isn't going to be a stallion.

Grass is a lot easier on a horse/filly than the dirt. That is probably why she will be racing for the 3rd time in 5 weeks.

I understand that as I said in my post. My thought is, for her last race, why not run her on the dirt? Just to see where she stood on that surface too. Again, this an ownership which has danced every dance and shipped 11 times. They like to take chances. To me its just another chance. Moot point here, just more of a thought.

If she was a stallion you could take the chance and make the money back in the breeding shed, but you can't throw away what many see as easy million plus if she wins.

She is all turf breeding anyway.

For the record, this isn't her final start.

She'll end her career in Hong Kong in December.....

I should have said that is why she was able to run 3 times in 5 weeks, not will be racing for the 3rd time in 5 weeks. The point is unlike american dirt horses she runs frequently and grass horses can run more frequently.

This summer she finished second to Shirocco, beat Electrocutionist, and then was beaten by David Junior in 3 races over 5 weeks. She even came back 4 weeks later to beat Alexander Goldrun.

I don't think me or randallscott are talking to you. I know I'm not. Please start correcting my grammer and spelling too. You seem to have little else going on in your life.

As always, thanks for correcting me. It means a lot to have someone so brilliant correcting me.

You are right. Saying a horse ran 3x vs will be running for a third time, doesn't make the same point that she runs frequently.

Maybe instead of spending your lunch break at OTB tomorrow you can spellcheck my posts for me.

I read somewhere that her or the other female Gorella had trained on the dirt and couldn't run a lick on it.
