i'm inclined to believe that the accusation of it being the wrong horse was found to be incorrect. otherwise i'd imagine they wouldn't have fined the trainer, if she'd actually been correct.

I'm more inclined to believe that NYRA doesn't like trainers telling their dimwits how to do their jobs and set an example.
