yeah, it's not that he's good. no sense watching the first 3 1/2 quarters of their games either.

Didn't watch the entre game. Another amazing win, I wonder if the news articles in between printing the words Tebow, Tebow, Tebow, walk on water, etc........ will metion the defense and Prater bombing kicks from 59 to tie the game and 51 to win it.

Hate hate hate! Excuses excuses.

You know boneheaded mistakes happen often in the NFL yet they aren't capitalized by most quarterbacks.

You can hate all you want...he's a winner and you'll never understand why they're winning. You'll fire up the stats and credit the team which is fine. But he's making it happen, too. Just look at his stats in the 4th and OT.

The haters are turning me into a Tebow fanatic. I loathe you lazy motherf.ucking contrarians.

Personally Coach, for me it's more a matter of the team not getting enough recognition then it is hating on Tebow. Once again they found away to get it done. But, if it wasn't for another dynamite performance by the defense, they lose the game. Tebow was great late in the 4th nd OT, he just has to hope that the defense continues to keep them in games.

all Tebow does is credit his teammates and say that his teammates make him look better than he does. Its the media that piles it all on Tebow.

Prater deserves the game ball for this one. and Tebow was not nearly as bad as his first 3 quarter stats look. they had a short FG blocked. At least 5 passes bounced right off the recievers hands. one would have been a very long TD pass. His WR's looked totally inept the first 3 Q's.. but to their credit, they and the whole team come through in the clutch. Tebow did have a good 5-10 passes that missed the target by like 10 yards... but in that 0-11 stretch in the game, there were 4 or 5 obvious drops.

I dont get why people hate on Tebow unless they are a Raider/Chiefs/Chargers fan. all the guy does is come through when it counts.

Because he sucks and he's an annoying Christer.

The Caleb Hainne/Marion Barber Bears just lost at home to the Tyler Palko Chiefs last week.

He needed a miracle to beat the 2-10 Vikings two weeks ago.

He's played two OK teams -- the Detroit Lions beat him 45-to-10. The Jets got Sanchez'ed when they had the game in hand.

If Tim Tebow was Tebowing to Allah no one would be calling him a winner. It would be how the Broncos are winning despite the fact that the terrorist quarterback sucks.

I really don't see all the hate that everyone is talking about. I just feel that the media who is doing cartwheels over the guy, should give a little more mention to the rest of the team (who has done a tremendous during this run as well)
Obviously, you can't argue with the fact that they are 6-0 with him as a starter. It's been said countless times, the guy is a trendous competitor and is getting it done. It really is a great feel good story. But just because people try to keep things in perspective, doesn't automatically make them a hater.

no other nfl qb could have led denver to that dominating 13 point performance.

or inspired denver's d the way tebow did.

he's so f'king amazing with the intangibles that i want to ignore all his flaws!

i won't regret this at all.

That's exactly what I said. No qb can do it. You're such a woman. Why don't you just put on a dress and pout? Oh the poor kicker and defense don't get enough recognition in a league that blows every f.ucking QB that wins.

GTFO with your contrarian horses.hit. Like Tebow is going to be the guy that changes fan mentality that has been prevalent since Broadway Joe.

Seriously are you guys being blatantly retarded for the sake of it?

i have no idea what you're talking about. the defense gets plenty of well deserved recognition. pretty much everyone with functioning eyes credits the d with denver's success.

trent differ at least won a super bowl and no one talked about his "intangibles".

it has nothing to do with being contrarian. it just not falling head over heels in love with the wrong person.

It's not hate. It's just not accepting the nonsense ESPN and the rest of the media want to push on you.

They beat the Bears (minus their QB and RB) on a FG in overtime because Marion Barber doesn't know enough to not run out of bounds at the end of a game and somehow fumbled when it looked like he could have taken it all the way.

The truth is Prater deserves the same, if not more recognition for the win. He won't get it. Timmy (what adult still gets called Timmy anyway) will.

I know all of the talking points.

So what should the response be? How much credit should he get?

I assume you watched the game...was that a good performance? I think what people (for the most part) are saying is that yes he is contributing, but he isn't the sole reason they are winning, which is what is being fed to people.

Anyone who has ever played football should totally understand what is happening.

The Tebow's have a fullback playing quarterback.

It's easy to stop Tebow's offense for 3 quarters because he sucks horribly as a passer and a sundial could time his delivery.

By the midway point of the 4th quarter... the defense wears down, the pass rush is comically non existant, wide recievers are running around wide open all over the field.

The Detroit Lions beat the living hell out of the Denver Tebow's because they have a good defensive line and because they rotate fresh defensive players A LOT through the game!

As long as the Tebow's don't turn the ball over in the first 3 quarters and as long as the Denver Tebow's play great defense -- they have a worn out defense with no pass rush at all waiting for them in the 4th quarter.

Also -- The Denver Tebow's have the Jesus factor because they prey the hardest of any NFL team and Jesus Christ is the NFL's one true lord and saviour.

Kordell Stewart went 12-1 with the Steelers -- but they acutally tried to make him throw it and didn't run enough option for him.

If Kordell just ran the option, handed off to big Jerome Bettis a whole lot, and prayed to Jesus a whole bunch... the Steelers probably would have never lost a game with him.

The Steelers lost the AFC championship game at home to the Pats by 7 because Kordell threw 3 INT's and 0 TD's.

The Steelers had a fullback at QB and another fullback (Bettis) at Halfback ... and they blew it by asking Kordell to thorw.

For the record ... Kordell Stewart looks like Dan Marino in his prime throwing the ball compared to Tebow. Which is probably why the Steelers insisted on him throwing the ball ... and why the Bronco's don't allow Tebow to throw very much until the defense is spent and they need to.

If Forte was healthy it would have been bad enough to be cut.

The second half he looks like a legit NFL QB. He looks comfortable and the balls he throws look fine. I still dont get why there has to be a 3/15 with 1 interception start though.
Honestly though I think hes going to make it, hell hes already made it. This team has no skill position talent around him. Best WR traded, first round draft pick RB a few years ago hurt. If you put talent around him this team could be OK, especially in that division.
